Learn to sew yourself a very special snuggly one-of-a-kind quilted coat. Or make it from a sleeping bag to call it a DIY puffa. I have made plenty of sleeping bags turned puffa jackets and am so excited to share my process with you. They're cosy as heck and compliment heavy!

Location: Social Fabric Room at the Creative Community Campus, 17th Ave, Tauranga.
This pattern is simple but sewing with bulky fabrics makes its own challenges. Beginners I recommend joining one of my Sew From Scratch courses first - Send me a message!
WHAT TO BRING: Bring a sewing machine if you have one, but the room is fully set up with machines. Bring a sleeping bag, quilt, blanket to upcycle, & a notebook if you find note-taking helpful for your learning experience.
